This package includes exactly what the $250 Standard Install does, but it uses a container configuration. A normal install has all of the things that discourse needs in a single container. When you need to change your plugins or install a new Discourse image, the whole container gets rebuilt, which takes you site down for 5-10 minutes while the new container is built. This way the database components (Postgres and Redis) are in one container and the web server components (Nginx and Rails) are in a separate container. When you need to build a new image, you can leave the old web container running while the new one is built. When the build is complete, you just delete the old container and start up a new one. It takes just a minute or two for the server to boot up.
This is the way that I configure every server that I manage.
